This Retreat will help you see your divorce as an opportunity to build solid foundations for the rest of your wonderful life. Workshops are designed to help you build those foundations strong and kind, rather than full of anger and cracks.

Our expert will also be sharing with you her top tips for saving money through your divorce that’ll increase your sense of self-worth, and self-empowerment. We want you to feel not only more in control of the financial fears but confidently able to manage the Divorce Mind Monkey fears so your future looks less scary.

Connect with other women going through a similar experience, share your stories in an open, honest, authentic and calm healing space.

DAY ONE

Welcome drink, introduction and get to know your friendship circle

Yoga session themed around reclaiming your power

Refreshments / break

Workshop themed on why reclaiming your power through separation and divorce is foundational for the rest of your life

Tools and practices to get you reconnected to yourself

Two course healthy buffet lunch in the Clock Tower restaurant or the Terrace (weather permitting)

Talk on how to manage conflict and why kindness and compassion for yourself first, are the keys to thriving rather than surviving

Refreshments / break

Time to relax, rest or use the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room or enjoy the beautiful surroundings

About the venue – Rudding Park

A privately owned luxury hotel, with 90 bedrooms and suites, destination spa, two restaurants, a kitchen garden, private cinemas two golf courses and conference and events space.
